Refund and Returns Policy for Vynamavel

At Vynamavel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the details below for information on how to return or exchange items, and how we handle refunds.
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition (including packaging and tags).
- The item must be returned with a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vynamavel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
2. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist! Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the same return process as described above and let us know which item(s) you’d like to exchange.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund processing time: Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund exceptions: If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@vynamavel.com or call 515-860-5776. We will work with you to either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. We may request photos of the damaged product to facilitate the return process.
5. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions.
- Pack the item securely: Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Ship the item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing time, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be delays in processing the refund.
