At Vynamavel, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including reliable shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping options, costs, and processing times for orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally but plan to expand our shipping options in the future.

We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method chosen, and product availability. Below are the standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (available at checkout).
  • Express Shipping: Next business day delivery (available at checkout for eligible locations).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates but will provide tracking information to help you monitor your order’s progress.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery address. Vynamavel offers a variety of shipping options at different price points to fit your needs.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts) within the contiguous United States.
  • Paid Shipping: For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you place an order for a product that is on backorder or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated restock date.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.


6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we only allow shipping to one address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.


7. Order Issues and Delays

While we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as:

  • Weather: Severe weather conditions can affect delivery times.
  • Carrier Issues: Delays or disruptions in service by our shipping partners.
  • High Demand: During peak seasons or sales events, orders may take longer to process and ship.

In the event of an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email and keep you informed of any changes to your estimated delivery date.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at info@vynamavel.com within 7 days of receiving your order or noticing the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a solution.

For damaged goods, we may request you to provide photos of the damage to process a claim.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. Vynamavel is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Vynamavel only ships to physical addresses within the United States. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time. Additionally, there may be certain products that are restricted from being shipped to specific locations due to regulatory or safety concerns.


11. Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
